Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? Chickened out? Your flocking plans flew the coop? No worries — life happens, feathers get ruffled, and sometimes plans change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service date will receive a full refund. No drama. No hard feelings. We’ll simply gather the flock and fly another day. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service date are non-refundable. By then, your date has been reserved, the flamingos are emotionally invested, and preparations for their big lawn debut may already be underway. Rain, Wind & Other Mother Nature Nonsense A little rain won’t scare off our flock — these birds have seen things. However, if severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances make installation impossible or unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule your flock to another available date. If Flocked is unable to provide your scheduled service and rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund. Even flamingos know when to call it. Help Us Land the Flock Customers are responsible for making sure we have safe and reasonable access to the installation area at the scheduled time. Refunds may not be available if we can’t complete the installation because of locked gates, aggressive animals, unsafe conditions, incorrect address information, or anything else that keeps our flock from safely sticking the landing.
